Adam is founder and CEO of Loyal Patron and has over 18 years of experience in the gift card and loyalty marketing industry with five years of overlapping experience in merchant services/credit card processing. He’s also a former Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) as a manager with a global consulting firm.
Dyson is the founder of FanCONNECT and The Birthday CLUB with 20+ years in restaurants, POS systems and hardware, stored value, email and mobile text marketing and digital marketing technologies. Dyson is a seasoned sales strategist with significant experience in growing new markets.
Justin’s work in motion picture sound has been recognized with an Academy Award for Technical Achievement. He has developed for 20th Century Fox, Yamaha, Columbia TriStar, Apple, and many others. Justin is an expert-level C++, PHP, and JavaScript programmer, developing extensively for Windows, Mac OS, Linux, and the web. His creative services, entrepreneurship, and marketing background enable Justin to have a holistic view of technology. In his role with Loyal Patron, Justin oversees R&D and application development and co-designed our software infrastructure.
With nearly 20 years of professional IT experience across various facets, Ron Pettit possesses a unique set of IT skills, from architecture and implementation to quality assurance and security. Ron spent seven years working for Trustwave SpiderLabs, one of the most trusted computer security brands today, and now oversees the Loyal Patron technical ecosystem. Ron has been online and creating computer software since 1995 at the age of 15, and can troubleshoot nearly anything technical in nature.
Jodi has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. In 2000, Jodi founded Impact Incentives, a promotional products marketing company servicing clients’ promotional marketing needs across the Delaware Valley area, inclusive of Employee Programs and Sales Incentives. She also has extensive real estate experience as a Stern Real Estate Development partner, which owns and manages real estate holdings in the Philadelphia market.
Michele is a creative freelance graphic designer with over 25 years of experience in developing engaging and innovation digital and print designs. In 2005, Michele founded Fisheye Design, a full-service creative design company with a design and technology focus. She is well versed with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop. She is highly adept at visual strategy, color theory, and layout development for print and new
media advertising.
